The Virginia Center for Civil War Studies presents an Exhibit Reception for "July 4th and the Civil War" on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the Newman Library at Virginia Tech near the 2nd floor circulation desk.
Enjoy a free reception showcasing an exhibit on “Mapping the Fourth of July” (http://www.july4.civilwar.vt.edu) a crowdsourced online archive of primary sources that reveals how Americans of the Civil War era celebrated Independence Day.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
