The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts continues their 2017/18 Music on Mondays concert series with visiting artist and violinist Emily Ondracek-Peterson and faculty pianist Richard Masters on Monday, September 25, 2017 at the Squires Recital Salon.
Praised by The New York Times for her “elegant solowork,” and by Strad magazine for her “dazzling passagework,” Ondracek-Peterson’s multifaceted pursuits embody the scope, versatility, and ability required for a successful music career in the twenty-first century. As a rising star of violin performance and arts advocacy, Ondracek-Peterson moves effortlessly through multiple areas of focus: performance, teaching, writing, scholarship, administration, and entrepreneurship.
Admission is $15.00 for the general public, $12.00 for seniors and $7.00 for students.
Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the Student Centers and Activities Ticket Office on the first floor of the Squires Student Center or by phone by calling the Ticket Office at 540-231-5615.
Advance ticket purchases are encouraged to avoid waiting in-line at the box office. Tickets will also be available at the box office one hour prior to the performance.
