Musica Viva presents the 2017/18 season finale concert "The Next Generation – Rolston String Quartet" at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Blacksburg, VA on Sunday, March 25, 2018.

This season concludes with the return of the Rolston String Quartet, after their successful concert last season. First prizewinners in the 2016 Banff International String Quartet Competition, the Rolston Quartet has recently been named the new fellowship quartet-in-residence at the Yale School of Music.

Musica Viva is organized to promote awareness and appreciation of chamber music specifically, and the arts in general. Since 2001 Musica Viva has been providing chamber music performances by internationally-acclaimed musicians for communities in the New River Valley and throughout Southwest Virginia.
