In Balance Yoga Studio presents Donations Hot Yoga Class for Students Helping Honduras at Virginia Tech on Saturday, March 17, 2018.

Hot Yoga is a beginner-friendly series of postures practiced in a heated room in order to warm the muscles and joints for a safer, deeper stretch while working the internal organs to release toxins.

“Donations” class means that there is no charge to attend however donations accepted to support the listed organization. In Balance Yoga donates 100% of proceeds to the organization being featured.

Donations classes are open to all levels.

Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat if you have one. You can rent a mat at the studio or we have mats for purchase.

Students Helping Honduras at Virginia Tech is a non-profit organization of motivated VT students that is changing the lives of Honduran children and families by raising funds and traveling on life changing volunteer trips to build schools in the rural and impoverished areas of Honduras.

The children and orphans in Honduras (Central America’s 2nd poorest country) have none of these things that we take for granted every day, not to mention safe roads and transportation to take them to and from school. Join our Ut Prosim movement and get involved!
