Blue Ridge Motion presents an Adult Beginner Parkour Workshop on Friday, March 23, 2018.

This Adult Beginner Parkour Workshop will address basics on rolling, landing, bars, vaulting, and wall techniques. All novices are welcome!

Since this is a beginners workshop we will be taking it easy to assess where everyone is physically and we will give techniques relative to physical ability. Come prepared to learn and to have fun, climbing on stuff is always a blast!

What to bring?
• Water Bottle(s). We don't have a water fountain, but we do have bottles of water for $1.00 if you need.

• Good shoes. Shoes fit for running should be good. Tennis shoes are good. You can train barefoot, but if you're new it is recommended that you try it with shoes first.

• Athletic clothes. You will want something you can move unrestricted in.

NOTE: If this time doesn't work for you and you could attend an earlier slot (example 4:00-5:30 pm) reach out by message, email, text or call and we can work that out no problem.

If you have kids that can't be left alone, but you want to come, if your kids are old enough to be manageable without constant supervision, bring them along and let them play in the gym while you work out! They can come for free.
