Preston's, located within The Inn at Virginia Tech, has partnered with Blacksburg Brew Do to present the 2018 Preston's Craft Beer Dinner featuring Wicked Weed Brewing on Friday, September 21, 2018.

Preston’s specialty menu will feature seasonal cuisine paired with complimenting brews from the 2018 featured brewery, Wicked Weed. Experts from Wicked Weed will share their brewing techniques, industry trends, and the art of pairing dishes with the perfect beer.

Grab your brew crew for an exciting evening filled with delicious dishes created by Executive Chef Scott Watson and perfectly paired craft beers from Wicked Weed Brewing.

Learn about pairing beer with food and the latest industry trends as each course is presented by Chef Scott and our guest brewery expert.

- Petite greens, heritage carrots, pea and corn shoots, gorgonzola brulee, toasted pine nuts, sherry vinaigrette

- Carrot paint, citrus supremes, toasted pistachio, cucumber essence, jalapenos, olive oil and cracked pepper
