The lauded company is sending satire down the conveyor belt and celebrating what makes us all tick in a hilarious revue that will leave you breathlessly ready to face the future...and all its loose screws.

Fresh, fast and always spectacularly funny?,? The Second City is celebrating nearly 60 years of producing cutting-edge satirical revues and launching the careers of generation after generation of comedy’s best and brightest.

The Second City opened its doors on a snowy Chicago night in December of 1959. No one could have guessed that this small cabaret theatre would become the most influential and prolific comedy theatre in the world. With its roots in the improvisational games of Viola Spolin, The Second City developed an entirely unique way of creating and performing comedy.

With scripted and improvisational elements, audiences always enjoy being part of the show and playing along with the next generation of comic legends.

Alums include Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Bill Murray, Keegan Michael Key, Jason Sudeikis, Amy Sedaris, Mike Myers, Alan Alda, Dan Aykroyd, Amy Poehler and Alan Arkin, The Second City continues to deliver the leading voices in comedy while touring the globe and at its locations in Chicago, Toronto and Hollywood.
