The Third Annual Stillborn Speak 5k Run / Walk and One Mile Fun Run on the Huckleberry will begin and end at the Christiansburg Recreation Center on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

Race Day Schedule:
• 7:30 am: Check-in begins
• 8:30 am: 5k begins
• 8:45 am: One Mile Fun Run begins

The 5k run and/or walk is a race to the New River Valley Mall and back. There will be five female and five male age groups. Awards will be given for the top female overall, top male overall, and for the first male and female in each age group.

Age groups are:
• 19 and under
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50+

The 1 mile Fun Run will is for ages 12 and younger. Awards will be given to the top two females and the top two males in the 1 mile.

The cost for the 5k is $25.00 and the 1 Mile Fun Run for children 12 and under is $5.00.

Registrations will be accepted the day of the event as well.

We will also be selling raffle tickets during the event. One ticket is $5.00 or three tickets for $10.00. Prizes include $50.00 gift cards to the Farmhouse, Target, Walmart, and 419 in Roanoke. We will have several prizes valued at $25.00 each including LuLaRoe with Leah Delp and Outback.

All proceeds will benefit and support the mission of Stillborn Speak.

Stillborn Speak's mission is to bring awareness to the prevalence of stillbirths in America through educating pregnant and prospectively pregnant families and individuals. Additionally, through emotional and monetary means, our mission includes care and support for those already experiencing stillbirth.
