The Giles County Community Chorus presents the musical program "Christmas Comes to the Village" on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Newport Community Center.

Songs will include favorites like "No Golden Carriage", "No Bright Toy", "Sweet Little Jesus Boy" and "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas". There will also be a “speed reading” overview of several Christmas songs, called "Christmas Comes Again …in About Three Minutes" specially designed for short attention spans.

This is a family and kid friendly event that will be filled with holiday cheer!

Giles County Community Chorus members are also looking forward to performing at the Biltmore House & Gardens in Asheville, NC on New Year’s Day, 2019. Admission to our Christmas concerts in Giles County is free, but donations are welcome.

Any money raised beyond our regular operating expenses will be used to make sure no member misses the Biltmore trip for lack of funds.
