UPDATE: Due to the expected snowstorm, the event has been moved up to Saturday, December 8th from 3:00-5:00 pm instead of on Sunday as originally planned.

The Cambria Emporium welcomes the Santa Cares Project for a special performance on Saturday, December 8, 2018.

Santa will read, "The Green Chair" one of his many books that he has written. Santa will bring his guitar for sing alongs that will be enjoyed by all. This is an event for all ages and is well known throughout Virginia as the Santa Cares Project.

Books can be purchased at the event or before hand at the Cambria Emporium for $10.00. Autographs and photos will be taking place on this day, remember to bring your camera.

The Santa Cares Project is a non-profit organization committed to fostering the Christmas Spirit all year through educational and creative programs. We believe the Christmas Spirit means it’s not about what you get, but how you love and care for yourself and others that matters.

Our mission is to help children recognize and develop their native gifts while encouraging peace on earth and good will towards all people through a unique Santa experience. Our year-round programs support children by enhancing their creativity, self esteem, personal responsibility, tolerance of others, kindness, joy for living and belief in the sacredness of life.
