The Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech presents the free talk "Negotiating Public and Private Lives: Connecting Bodies and Identities" on Saturday, March 30, 2019.
What is the impact on the body through leading a private life versus a public life? How is this impact felt through generations? This talk will address these questions and discuss the relationship between bodies, lives, and identities through a historical lens centering narratives of queer people of color.
The talk will be led by Luis Garay, the LGBTQ+ Resource Center director at Virginia Tech.
