Draper Mercantile and Trading Company presents the class "How to Make Bone Broth 101" on Saturday, February 22, 2020.

Learn how to make bone broth with Instructor Carmen Stephanie Mays!

Bone broth may quite possibly be one of the oldest meals on record dating back to the Stone Age - even Hippocrates knew of its medicinal value. Today we know it as beneficial for fighting inflammation, reducing joint pain, inhibiting infection, and promoting healthy hair and nails.

Participants will go home with organic veggies, bones, reverse osmosis water, and organic seasoning.

Tickets are $45.00 and include everything you need to make your own bone broth (please bring your own stock pot).

Reservations are required. Purchase tickets by calling 540-944-5659.
