Montgomery County Parks & Recreation presents an in-person Bob Ross Joy of Painting Class on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the Mid County Park Activity Center in Christiansburg, VA with a registration deadline of Sunday, April 25, 2021.

Experience the joy of painting! Enjoy painting beautiful landscape scenes, from mountains to seascapes, cabins, barns, and lakes. Instructor Bobby Wood is a certified Bob Ross Instructor and graduated form the Bob Ross School in D.C.

You will use oil paints and leave with a completely finished painting to enjoy and show off to friends and family. This class is so easy that children can participate, and they are encouraged to sign up. Bobby will go through a step by step process and assist each person individually until they have mastered each technique that is taught.

All materials are provided, including easels, canvases, oil paints, and brushes.

This class is for ages 7 and up. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Paintings are unique for each class, so be sure to sign up more than once!

The cost is $55.00 per class.

Please be prepared to physical distance and bring a mask to wear. All participants will have their own set of painting supplies to use.
