The Blacksburg Regional Art Association opens their new art co-op shop The Art Space beginning on Saturday, April 10, 2021 and Sunday, April 11, 2021 at The Artful Lawyer inside the Creekmore Law Firm.
The Art Space is a gallery of artists run by artists. The gallery currently features artists Diamond Gabriel, Mary Ratliff, Sue Hossack and Trenia Bell.
The new gallery features a collection of art from six or more artists every three months, showcasing art from the members of our Association.
Admission is free.
Masks are required. The gallery allows a maximum of ten people at a time.
In addition, to regular Saturday and Sunday hours from 12:00-4:00 pm. The Art Space will be open on Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment.
The Blacksburg Regional Art Association (BRAA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization promoting arts in the New River Valley since 1950. It currently has over 130 members practicing many forms of artistic endeavors.
It holds a monthly luncheon the second Friday of every month featuring brief Art Spots by local artists or art supporting businesses. Members and guests are welcome at the monthly Zoom luncheons.
