Description:
The Blacksburg Aquatic Center offers their Conditioning And Training Team (CATT) class every Monday and Thursday starting at 6:30 pm.

Our fun and challenging Conditioning And Training Team (CATT), is open to swimmers 5-18 years of age. The CATT program features coached workouts and instruction on all four swim strokes. The class is designed for kids who enjoy swimming, want to develop better strokes and who want to stay fit.

Swimmers with CATT must be able to swim 50 yards without stopping or holding onto pool deck / lane lines. They also must be able to tread water for 60 seconds.
