The Christiansburg Aquatic Center (CAC) hosts a Swim and Water Walk for Cancer on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 9 am to 7 pm.
Relay for Life (Cancer) and the Christiansburg Aquatic Center (CAC) will coordinate a swim and water walk "fun" event to raise money for Cancer programs and research. The swim and water walk will be held in the last two lanes of the leisure pool. Individuals will swim/water walk for "FREE" for donations to relay for Life.
It is hoped that individuals will come anytime during the 10 hour period to swim or water walk and will collectively complete ten miles.
The event will provide a good opportunity for people who do not normally go to the CAC to have nice workout and contribute to Cancer programs and research.
