In Balance Yoga Studio presents Community Flow: Yoga for Sight - SEVA Foundation on Friday, April 14, 2017.

Follow the Yogi & Yoga in the Dark! Come flow as we bring awareness to the mission of the SEVA Foundation: Service for Sight.

The first half of class we will Follow the Yogi. Join us for this all levels flow as Nicole will lead by demonstration only and students will practice along with her using only sight for the class without any verbal instruction. The second half of the class we will change and practice in the dark without the use of sight and by listening only.

This a donations based class. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the SEVA Foundation.
