Meadowbrook Public Library presents Animal Qi Gong for Ages 5 & Up on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
Elizabeth Spillman will lead this workshop of animal qi gong and standing meditation. Participants will also make a simple recycled material necklace or bracelet.
Materials will be provided.
Recommended for ages 5 and up.
