Check out the brand new locally-owned Tri-Star Roanoke gym! Take a look around our facility, talk to current members and athletes and let us know how we can help you reach your goals.
We will be having a deadlift party with prizes, a truck pull demonstration and a drawing for a FREE one-month membership to the gym!
Our gym has something for everyone. We have equipment for general strength training, powerlifting, olympic lifting and Strongman. Learn to lift the correct and optimal way to reduce injury and maximize results. We have bootcamp, strength training, sports performance and Strongman small group training - or we can personalize a program for your needs if you prefer to train solo! We also offer an open gym membership option.
Tri-Star Roanoke Gym is located at 3016 Christian Avenue in Roanoke, VA. Right behind El Gran Rodeo on Williamson Road.
