Join us for our Flashlight Tour and Public Investigation. Participants can choose to do either one or both for a reduced price.
On the Flashlight Tour, take a walk through the dark halls of St. Albans Sanatorium and hear all the chilling tales of what paranormal investigators, and the public, have encountered within these 120 year old walls.
Public Paranormal Investigations are five hour tours where each guest is separated into groups with our volunteer team and taken out into the building to ghost hunt.
The Flashlight Tour is $15.00 per person. The Public Investigation is $25.00 per person. The combined Flashlight Tour and Public Investigation is $35.00 per person.
Tickets will be sold online and at the door. To purchase online, visit:

You must be 18 years of age (14 if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian).
Remember to bring your flashlight.
Recommendations: Dress in layers as areas of the building are very cold, even when it’s warm weather. Comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking on our tour and a lot of stairs in our building.
