Starlite Drive-In Theatre presents Flashback Thursday featuring a single showing of "Top Gun" on Thursday, July 20, 2017 starting at dusk.

The 1986 classic film stars Tom Cruise, Kelly McGillis and Val Kilmer and is rated PG.

Lieutenant Pete "Maverick" Mitchell is an expert United States Naval Aviator. When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman is clearly out flown and freaks. On almost no fuel, Maverick is able to talk him back down to the carrier. When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick is moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he fights the attitudes of the other pilots, an old story of his father's death in combat and struggles to be the best pilot.

Patrons are encouraged to arrive early due to lines and to be able to purchase food at the snack bar before the movie starts.
