Schedule
• 5:00 pm: Pig Roast starts
• 7:00 pm: Live Auction starts
The annual Pig Roast and Auction was created to raise funds for the recipients of the Ricky Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund for Pulaski County High School FFA seniors.
Enjoy a BBQ Plate and live gospel and bluegrass from the band Almost There. The BBQ plate includes BBQ from the family pork recipe, coleslaw, sides and drink.
BBQ plates are a $10.00 donation per plate.
After supper, we will hold a Live Auction with many great items donated from businesses in Pulaski County and the surrounding areas as well as a women's raffle and men's raffle.
Both cash and cards will be accepted.
The scholarship was established in 2010 in memory of Ricky Jones, an avid agribusiness man and farmer in Pulaski, Virginia. Every year, at the annual Pulaski County High School FFA Banquet, the scholarship is presented to the recipient(s). The scholarship is given based on a culmination of academic achievements, extra-curricular activities, recommendations and an application essay.
The Dublin Lions Club Building is located at Lions Club Way in Dublin, VA near Dublin Elementary School.
