Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill presents their 2018 New Year's Eve Party featuring a Six Course Prix Fixe Brewers Dinner and Party with DJ Earl on Sunday, December 31, 2017.

Schedule of Events:
• 4:00-8:00 pm: Six Course Prix Fixe Brewer's Dinner
• 9:00 pm - 2:00 am: Dance Party with DJ Earl Brown

Ring in the New Year at Bull & Bones with an extra special Prix Fixe 6 Course Brewer's Dinner and All Night Dance Party with DJ Earl Brown to ring the New Year in style.

The Six Course Meal will feature gourmet courses from Executive Chef Joseph Mitchell and beer pairings with our Haus Brews from Brewmaster Jim Strickland. Reservations are available starting at 4:00 pm.

Six Course Brewers Dinner Menu:

• Course 1: Crostini with Tapenade and Onion Spread paired with our All Night Light

• Course 2: Goat cheese salad with roasted golden beets and spicy pecans over a bed of mixed greens and an herbal lemon thyme dressing. Paired with our Sun Lit Wit

• Course 3: She crab soup served with toasted crostini, lump crab and scallions paired with our award winning Maroon Effect Ale

• Course 4: Tempura Tiger Shrimp served over a kale and cabbage mix with a lemongrass chutney paired with our Lunch Pale IPA

• Course 5: Slow roasted Frenched pork chop served in a natural jus with grilled vegetable napoleon over duchess potatoes paired with our St. Mauves Stout

• Course 6: Crème Brule paired with salted caramel infused Appalachian Alt

The All Night Party Package includes the Brewer's Six Course Dinner with pairings, two additional beverage tickets, champagne toast, DJ and party favors. The cost is $60.00 in advance per person and $70.00 on New Year's Eve day.

The cost for the dinner only is $50.00 per person the day of or $45.00 with advance reservation.

The Basic Party Package is available and includes the Dance Party with DJ, two beverage tickets, champagne toast and party favors for $20.00 per person.

A limited number of VIP tables are available for reservation from 8:00 pm until 12:00 am (midnight) for $20.00 a table.
