Description:
The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts continues their 2017/2018 Music on Mondays concert series with "Too Many Tenors" on Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Squires Recital Salon.
Visiting artist Todd Wedge and music faculty member Brian Thorsett present a program entitled "Two Too Many Tenors". Join Wedge and Thorsett as they perform works by Cecil Gibbs, Ludwig Beethoven, Henri Duparc, Claudio Monteverdi, and many others. You may be moved—or decide to get a move on—by the assault on your senses! Faculty member and pianist Taylor Baldwin keeps them in line from the piano in this "squillo-fest" of songs.
Admission is $15.00 for the general public, $12.00 for seniors and $7.00 for students.
Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the Student Centers and Activities Ticket Office on the first floor of the Squires Student Center or by phone by calling the Ticket Office at 540-231-5615.
Advance ticket purchases are encouraged to avoid waiting in-line at the box office. Tickets will also be available at the box office one hour prior to the performance.
