The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts continues their 2017/2018 Music on Mondays concert series with Visiting Artist Jennifer Parker Harley on Monday, April 2, 2018 at The Cube inside the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech.

Visiting artist and flutist Jennifer Parker Harley performs with faculty pianist Tracy Cowden.

Flutist Jennifer Parker-Harley is Associate Professor of Flute at the University of South Carolina in Columbia where she enjoys a versatile career as a teacher and performer. An experienced orchestral flutist, Jennifer was a member of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in Ohio for eight years before moving to South Carolina. During her tenure there, she appeared as soloist with the CSO, as well as many other orchestras in the central Ohio area. Jennifer has also been a member of the Ft. Wayne Philharmonic and the Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Cincinnati Symphony, the St. Louis Symphony, the Augusta Symphony, the South Carolina Philharmonic and the Charleston Symphony.

Admission is $15.00 for the general public, $12.00 for seniors and $7.00 for students.

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone by calling the Moss Arts Center Ticket Office at 540-231-5300 or in person at the Moss Arts Center Ticket Office.

Advance ticket purchases are encouraged to avoid waiting in-line at the box office. Tickets will also be available at the box office one hour prior to the performance.
