Description:
Science on Tap New River Valley presents "Backyard Pollinators and Beekeeping" on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Rivermill Bar and Grill in Blacksburg, VA.
Our guests will be beekeeping expert and Virginia Tech extension agent James Wilson and the citizen science group Wild for Wildflowers. If you're into learning more about pollinators in your backyard, come join us.
This event is free and open to the public.
Science On Tap New River Valley community celebrates scientific thought and explores new discoveries through monthly events with a featured researcher. We kick off the event with games, comedy, or other fun things. Then, an invited guest researcher demos their research. And then we'll discuss, ask questions, learn together, and mingle.
