Radford Coffee Company presents Varietals & Valentines: An Interactive Dining Experience on Saturday, February 10, 2018 with seatings at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm.
Seatings:
• 5:30-7:00 pm: First Seating
• 7:30-9:00 pm: Final Seating
Enjoy an interactive dining experience prepared by Chef T from Hell's Kitchen Season 14. Varietals & Valentines is a three course dinner showcasing coffee and wine parings from the local area with a vegetarian option.
The dinner is a collaboration between Chef T and Master Coffee Roaster Philip Martin, featuring wine from Iron Heart Winery and produce from Pear Tree Hill Farm.

• 1st Course - Love:
- Celery Veloute, Braised Chicken Thighs, Crispy Chicken Skins
- Celery "Veloute", Spiced Pepitas, Crispy Tofu (Vegetarian)
• 2nd Course - Heart:
- Roasted Pork Belly, Smoked Gouda Grits, Brussel Sprouts, Golden Raisin-Apple Relish
- Smoked Gouda Grits, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Marinated Mushrooms, Golden Raisin-Apple (Vegetarian)
• 3rd Course - Kiss:
- Red Velvet Cheesecake, Creme Fraiche, Macerated Berries
The cost is $50.00 per person without wine and $60.00 per person with wine.

Radford Coffee Company gives its profits to the Rio Coco, the river that is the boundary line between Nicaragua and Honduras. Everyday the money Radford Coffee Company raises helps in the education of over 1200 students in 14 communities along the Rio Coco. This area has no electricity, running water, or roads. It is reached only by foot or dugout canoe. Thousands of children and adults have been helped over the years through the education project.
