Montgomery County Public Schools Special Education and the Parent Resource Center present the Montgomery County Public Schools Transition Fair on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Christiansburg High School Cafeteria.

Learn about programs and services available to students with disabilities. Job training, Post-Secondary Education, Independent or Assisted Living, Recreation and Leisure, Vocational Rehabilitation and much more!

All students, parents, guardians, educators, and community members are welcome.
