XYZ Art Gallery presents Movie Night featuring "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Join XYZ as we screen the classic 1964 American science fiction comedy film, "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians"! The film regularly appears on lists of the worst films ever made, and is regularly featured in the "bottom 100" list on the Internet Movie Database. We have chairs, but feel free to bring blankets, pillows, your own snacks, etc.

Movie Synopsis:
Martian ruler Kimar is upset that the children of Mars are lazy and under the influence of too much pop culture from Earth. They are obsessed with the planet's television programs and don't want to do much of anything.

In an attempt to get the kids peppy again, Kimar orders the kidnapping of Santa Claus, hoping that the jolly old toymaker will know how to cheer the children up again. But two Earth children are also nabbed, and this complicates things.

The film is not rated and was released in 1964.
