In Balance Yoga is excited to offer a weekend of 30 free yoga classes for the public and accessible for all levels! We call this event Kunga Fest inspired by our new partnership as an affiliate of the Kunga Yoga School. Kunga Fest offers a great introduction to the benefits of Yoga for Life while fundraising for a cause.
The goal of Kunga Fest is to raise funds for Homes of Hope Orphanage in India, one of the non-profits we support annually. 100% of donations will help build a counseling room at the orphanage we will be leading our first Service Retreat to in March of 2019 in Hassan India over Virginia Tech's Spring Break. Our goal for the weekend is to raise $3,500.00.
Those who are new to yoga can try it commitment-free, and those who practice regularly can try a different style at no extra cost. In addition to 30 free yoga classes, we will also feature raffles, giveaways, specials, 25% off on all retail, Vegan Cook-Off, Saturday On-Site Camping, Glow-Ga and Hip Hop Yoga with live DJs sponsored by soon to be neighbor Tea & Jam and more.

Why Yoga?
Yoga challenges the body and calms the mind while providing a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation, and the postures of yoga allow practitioners to work through mental blockages and to open the heart. There is a style of yoga to suit everyone, regardless of age, body type or fitness level. Yoga Fest offers a great introduction to the benefits of Yoga for Life! This is an opportunity for budding yogis to experience first-hand how yoga can enrich their lives, and for experienced yogis to take their practices to the next level. In Balance Yoga provides the highest quality yoga instruction in a relaxed environment and is dedicated to serving the community through yoga.
If you are a new student, you can save time before your first class and register on the New Student Page at:
