Kent Jewelers and Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. present the 10th Annual Pretty in Pink Happy Hour Fundraiser in Kent Square Atrium in downtown Blacksburg, VA on Thursday, October 18, 2018.

Join us for a fun evening of drinks, food, music with DJ Earl Brown, dancing and great company to help raise funds for the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. Wear pink, raise funds and fight breast cancer!

Happy Hour includes:
• Pink Cheeky Margaritas by Cabo Fish Taco
• Fabulous Silent Auction Items
• Bra-Dazzle Virginia Tech Student Design Competition
• New River Irish Dance Performances

The silent auction will take place during the Happy Hour and features some truly awesome auction items you won’t want to miss out on.

New this year we’ll be “dancing for the Cure” with a performance by New River Irish Dance performance at the Happy Hours Reception in Kent Square at 6:30 pm on the second floor.

All are welcome. Donations will be accepted.

Win a diamond! With a $5.00 donation, you will receive a pink cupcake with a genuine gemstone inside. One of the gemstones is a diamond. The cupcakes will be available for purchase from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm at Kent Jewelers and Next Door Bakeshop.

This year's 10th Annual Pretty in Pink “Happy Hours” will take place in coordination with Downtown Blacksburg, Inc and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event.

In addition to the happy hour, look for pink ribbons throughout downtown Blacksburg. Buy and eat at participating downtown Blacksburg businesses and restaurants who will donate a percentage of their sales.

All proceeds from the day will benefit Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation.

Founded in 1991, the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation (VBCF) is the only statewide non-profit 501c3 organization committed solely to the eradication of breast cancer through education of and advocacy for Virginians. Each year VBCF provides thousands of individuals at the community level with accurate, up-to-date information on breast cancer early detection, diagnosis, treatment, research, legislation, and survivorship.

Our goals are to establish the end of breast cancer as a state and national priority, to advocate for the collective needs of people affected by breast cancer, and to educate all Virginians on the facts about breast cancer.
