Christiansburg Aquatic Center and Wheel Love present Christiansburg Adaptive Kayaking and Open Swim on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

The Christiansburg Aquatic Center, in partnership with Wheel Love, is offering its first-ever Adaptive Kayaking session for individuals with disabilities.

Wheel Love began as a support group for individuals and family members of those with spinal cord injury in Southwest Virginia. Wheel Love has expanded its outreach to serve individuals with various neurological disorders with all levels of ability.

The primary mission of Wheel Love is to provide education and a sense of community and support for individuals with neurological disorders, and to facilitate their participation in adaptive sporting and recreational activities.

This is a free event open to all ages.
