Hip Hop Studies at Virginia Tech presents Digging in the Crates Volume #12: Hip Hop and Mental Health on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Newman Library's Multipurpose Room on the campus of Virginia Tech.
Explore the intersection of hip hop and mental health. Join the Bronx's Dr. Ian Levy (
http://www.cypherschool.org/), the DMV and the VT Hip Hop Hall of Fame's Lioness, as well as Virginia Tech's own Dr. Brandy Faulkner (Political Science) and Dr. Freddy Paige (Civil & Environmental Engineering) for an open and frank discussion.
Performances and pizza included!
Admission is free and all are welcome.
