Description:
The Virginia Tech Homecoming Board presents the 2018 Homecoming Student Alumni Associates (SAA) Spirit Rally with Fireworks on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Holtzman Alumni Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Schedule of Events:
• 8:00 pm: Spirit Rally starts
• 8:45 pm: Fireworks begin

Enjoy music, dance performances and more, all to support the Virginia Tech football team as they face Boston College on Saturday.

A pep rally is a gathering of people, typically students, before a sports event. The purpose of such a gathering is to encourage school spirit and to support members of the team for which the rally is being thrown. At a pep rally, cheerleaders will often lead in boisterous chants intended to get the student body involved and supporting the school's team.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

The Student Alumni Associates puts on the pep rallies for Virginia Tech with the help of the Alumni Association.
