Preston's, located within The Inn at Virginia Tech, presents their 2019 New Year's Evening featuring a five-course plated dinner at Preston's on Monday, December 31, 2018.

Close out 2018 "Inn"-style with live entertainment, a five-course plated dinner and a champagne toast along with music from the LJM Trio.

The main course includes your choice of:
• Pork Chop: Chargrilled, Ham Hock Winter Greens, Hoppin' John and Cider Glaze
• Beef Tenderloin: Roasted, Collard greens, Parsnip Puree and Bourbon Molasses
• Bronzino: Pan Seared, Warm Spinach Orzo Salad, Balsamic Tomato and Lemon Essence
