622 North presents a 2019 New Year's Eve Dinner on Monday, December 31, 2018 served from 5:00-9:00 pm.
Join us for a fantastic dinner before you celebrate the year's end. Chef Katie Shipko has worked with Wine Coordinator Ray Lawrence to offer a three course meal with optional wine pairings. This market menu will be offered in addition to our regular dinner menu.

Apéritif:

First Course:
• Cream of roasted tomato, spinach, and gorgonzola soup
• Wine: Cass Viognier (Paso Robles '17)

• Lyonnaise Salad: frisee lettuce, bacon lardons, poached egg, and shaved asiago, served with parmesan sherry vinaigrette

Main Course:
• Lamb Cassoulet: braised lamb shank, black eye peas, roasted tomato sauce, finished with peppered bacon, brandy balsamic reduction, and fresh herbs
• Wine: Trefethen Merlot (Napa Valley '15)
