Chef Makayla has done it again offering an incredible multi course gourmet dinner with Beliveau wine pairings.
Dinner Menu:
• 1st: Fresh Artichoke Bites and Vinaigrette Salad
• 2nd: Roasted Pepper Topped w/Crabmeat and Herb Infused Ghee
• 3rd: Bone Broth Soup w/Soy Ginger Marinated Pork Belly
• 4th: Herb Encrusted Chicken w/ Maple Cranberry Chutney
• 5th: Maple Gouda Bacon Wrapped Meatball
• 6th: Wine Jelly Stuffed Donut w/Strawberry Buttercream Icing
