The Arc of the New River Valley presents a Free Presentation on Special Needs Planning on Friday, March 6, 2022 at the New River Valley Community Services.

Ann Green, Attorney at law, will be giving this eye-opening introductory presentation on guardianships, alternatives to guardianships, disability trusts, disability savings accounts, and special needs planning for individuals with disabilities who have Medicaid or Medicaid Waiver. She will also emphasize the importance of proper planning as to avoid a disruption in public benefits.

This is a great opportunity for parents, caregivers, and professionals in the field to learn more about these topics.
