In Balance Yoga Studio hosts their free annual Yoga Festival titled Kunga Fest, Volume 4 starting on Friday, March 29, 2019 through Sunday, March 31, 2019 at their In Balance Yoga Studios on North Main Street and the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.
Friday VTCRC Studio Schedule:
• 6:45-7:35 am: All Level Flow Class
• 9:30-10:30 am: Yoga for Better Body Image
• 12:00-12:50 pm: Basic Flow Class
• 2:00-3:00 pm: All Level Flow Class
• 4:00-5:00 pm: Pilates
There will be five free classes at the VTCRC location on Friday. There will be 35 free classes and other events at the North Main location.
In Balance Yoga is excited to offer a weekend of more than 40 free yoga classes for the public and accessible for all levels! We call this event Kunga Fest inspired by our new partnership as an affiliate of the Kunga Yoga School. Kunga Fest offers a great introduction to the benefits of Yoga for Life while fundraising for a cause. Those who are new to yoga can try it commitment-free, and those who practice regularly can try a different style at no extra cost.
In addition to the yoga classes, join us at Kunga Fest for:

• Vegan Cook-Off on Saturday at 12:30 pm
• Live Music
• Camping and Morning Flow Class at the New River Junction
• Special Clothing Discounts, Fun & More
The goal of Kunga Fest is to raise funds for Homes of Hope Orphanage in India, one of the non-profits we support annually. 100% of donations will help fund clean water for orphanage #15 Homes of Hope India.

Donations will be accepted during Kunga Fest at the studio and by calling In Balance Yoga at 540-961-1030.
The In Balance Yoga VTCRC Studio is located at 1900 Kraft Drive in Suite 109 in Blacksburg, VA in the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.
