The Virginia Tech Union presents An Evening with Orange is the New Black's Big Boo, Lea Delaria as the speaker for Virginia Tech's Pride Week on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Colonial Hall located within the Squires Student Center at Virginia Tech.

You may know her as "Big Boo" from the hit Netflix series "Orange Is The New Black", but Lea is also an award-winning comedian, jazz-musician, and actress. Lea holds the distinction of being the first openly gay comedian on television.

Admission is free.

Doors open at 6:45 pm and the show starts at 7:00 pm.

The event is presented in collaboration with LGBTQ+ at Virginia Tech, Virginia Tech Cultural & Community Centers and Student Engagement and Campus Life at Virginia Tech.
