The Virginia Tech Union presents the Upright Citizens Brigade's Improv Comedy Show on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 inside the Commonwealth Ballroom inside the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.

The Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) Touring Company brings the best improv comedians from the legendary Upright Citizens Brigade Theatres to new audiences all around the country.

Our flagship touring show is a 90-minute, unscripted and totally improvised performance. At the top of each show, our comics bring a member of the audience on stage and interview them.

Based on that interview, four improvisers at the top of their game perform a high-energy, surprising and hilarious show that has never been seen before and will never be seen again.

The UCB Theatre, founded by Amy Poehler, Matt Besser, Ian Roberts, and Matt Walsh, has been home to some of the biggest stars in comedy today. From TV shows like Broad City, Saturday Night Live, Silicon Valley, Veep, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, to films such as Bridesmaids, The Hangover, and The Heat, our performers are everywhere. Not to mention the writing rooms of Key and Peele, the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Inside Amy Schumer and many more.
