Deschutes Brewery, family and employee owned since 1988, features brew pubs in Bend and Portland, Oregon and features a tasting room in Roanoke, VA with the plans to build their East Coast brewery there as well.Their Mirror Pond Pale Ale won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival and Red Chair NWPA won “World’s Best Beer” in the World Beer Awards competition two out of the last four years.
