The Fashion Merchandising and Design Society at Virginia Tech presents their Spring Fashion Show titled "Cirque: Beauty in the Madness" on Thursday, April 4, 2019 inside the Commonwealth Ballroom located within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Support The Fashion Merchandising and Design Society with our biggest event of the year! The Cirqe Fashion Show is going to be a high-energy event to see the hard work of 39 designers, 42 models, stagers, and the show coordinators along with the help of their committee.

Featured Guests include DJ CJay, blogger Amber Miller as our guest judge, Miss Blacksburg USA, Anah Taylor, and YouTuber Emma Topp. We will also have Belk, Fresh Prints, Zappy LLC, and Jewels by Jess at the event for your shopping convenience. There will also be raffles.

The Fashion Merchandising and Design Society hosts an annual fashion show each year to bring awareness to the Fashion Merchandising and Design Department at Virginia Tech. We draw in a crowd of roughly 500 attendees each year.

This event encourages creativity and provides 40+ student designers with a public event where they can showcase their work to Virginia Tech faculty, alum, and the Blacksburg community. The Commonwealth Ballroom will be transformed to provide an artistic background for each design.

Doors open at 7:30 pm and the event begins at 8:00 pm.
