The Radford University Music Business Student Association in partnership with the Department of Music and GrammyU present Bonnieroo 2019 on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Bonnie Hurlburt Student Center Plaza.

UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather, the event is being moved inside to the Mac Couurts within the Student, Recreation, and Wellness Center.

Don’t miss Radford University’s very own music and arts festival! Join us this year as we host seven groups performing along with activities and more! There will be free t-shirts, games, food trucks and more!

Gryzzle is a seven-piece hip-hop fusion ensemble from Harrisonburg, Virginia. The band features a rapper, three horns, and a full rhythm section, with arrangements that capture their unique sound and musical ideas. Since their 2017 inception, Gryzzle has spread their music across the DMV area, delivering memorable and high-energy performances to every show they play. The band’s eclectic sound fused with their one of a kind stage presence makes for an incredibly fun and exciting experience for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Garcian D'Cruz is a pop singer and songwriter from Chapel Hill, North Carolina who began his singing career as the president of Elon’s all-male a cappella group Smooth Progressions.

He made his recording debut with the group singing the solo in their first single release “Sunshine” in 2016. After the success of that song he decided to write his own music and he released his first solo single “Secrets” in early 2018. After the song became a success he released two more singles and his debut album “Surreal” in the spring of that year.

Washed Up is a pop-punk and alternative rock band based in Roanoke, VA. Washed Up is a band that is focused upon nothing else other than making great music.

Brand New Hand Me Downs is a four piece hard rock alternative band centered in the New River Valley ready to bring the house down anywhere we go.

Radford Singers is Radford University's concert choir.

This entire festival is organized, marketed, designed and executed by the students of the Music Business Department. Students receive no class credit, only an invaluable learning experience while creating an amazing event on campus.
