The Blacksburg Library presents the Spring Plant Swap on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
Bring a plant, take a plant! Bring a perennial, take a perennial. Change up your flower garden. Houseplants, seeds, small shrubs, and bulbs welcome too.
Setup begins at 2:00 pm and the swap begins promptly at 2:30 pm.
Free and open to everyone.
