The Town of Christiansburg presents Free Goat Yoga on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Downtown Park.

UPDATE: Due to demand, the location has moved from on the lawn between the Christiansburg Town Hall parking lot and the Simmons Law Firm to Downtown Park.

Join us for a free yoga session led by a certified yoga instructor from Crimper's Climbing and enjoy the company of free-ranging goats from Chalet Heidi Mt. Farm.

Attendees are asked to select "going" on the Facebook event listing so organizers can make sure there is enough room.

Chalet Heidi Mt. Farm will be accepting donations at the event to help cover the cost of transporting their goats to and from their farm in Bent Mountain.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

The event will be updated on Facebook by 2:00 pm on Monday of the event if we need to cancel for inclement weather.

Admission is free.

Goat yoga will be held from 5:30-6:30 pm on the first Mondays of every month May-October, except for September due to Labor Day.
