Description:
The 2019 New River Valley Fair will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 through Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin, VA.

Saturday Schedule of Events:
• 9:00 am: Beef Cattle Showmanship (Livestock Arena)
• 2:00 pm: Farm Credit Showmasters Circuit Show and Bonnie Boothe Presentation
• 2:00 pm: Gates and Rides Open
• 2:00-5:00 pm: 2019 Relay Champion Nate Diamond (Wysor Building)
• 2:00-7:00 pm: Jimmy "The Boogie Woogie Man" Valiant (Wysor Building)
• 4:30 pm: Be the Sunflower Contest
• 5:00 pm: Cutest Little Farmer Contest
• 5:30 pm: Ballet with Miss Rachel (Wysor Building)
• 6:00 pm: Terry Mullins in Concert (Wysor Building)
• 7:00 pm: Bull & Barrels Rodeo (Bud Walsh Arena)
• 7:00 pm: All Star Wrestling (Back Porch Stage)
• 9:00 pm: Release of All Animals (Livestock Arena)

Enjoy six days of fun at the New River Valley Fair, a true country fair since 1872! Gate admission on Saturday between 2:00-3:00 pm is free. Between 2:00-5:00 pm, Pay-One Price Wristbands are $19.00 and $22.00 after 5:00 pm

The Bulls & Barrels Rodeo tickets are $10.00 for the grandstand and can be purchased in advance and are free for children six and under.

All Star Wrestling is free with gate admission. Scheduled performers include Jimmy "The Boogie Woogie Man" Valiant, Scotty Rocker, Sinn Krowley, Crash Cassidy, Frank "The Tank" Parker, Nate Diamond, Misty James, Stan "The Man" Lee, Sexy Kevina, Andrea, Beau James and many more!

Every day activities include:
• Midway Rides from Cole Rides
• True Country Fair with Agricultural Exhibits & Livestock Shows
• Free daily shows with Hogway Speedway Racing Pigs, Goats & Ducks
• Buffalo Beals Petting Zoo with Camel & Pony Rides Available for Purchase
• Fair Food Favorites
• Special Volvo Trucks display all week
• NRV Fair's Groovy The Cow
• Miss Relay For Life Giles County Pageant Winners
• Princess Squad Ballet by Miss Rachael
• Beer garden is available every night Wednesday through Saturday

Gate admission allows you entry into the fair, rides are an additional cost. You can purchase a Pay-One-Price Wristband to ride unlimited rides or purchase individual tickets to ride a specific number of rides. Some entertainment options will have an additional cost.

Note: Rides are typically 3-6 tickets.

The New River Valley Fairgrounds is located at 5581 Fairgrounds Circle in Dublin, VA.

Directions:
Take Interstate 81 and take Exit 98 towards Dublin, VA then merge onto Route 100 North and travel three miles and the Fairgrounds will be on the left.
