Join us for a free showing of "The Public" and stay for a discussion of public libraries and the communities they serve.

The 2018 drama is rated PG-13 starring writer and director Emilio Estevez, Alec Baldwin and Taylor Schilling.

Film Synopsis:
An act of civil disobedience turns into a standoff with police when homeless people in Cincinnati take over the public library to seek shelter from the bitter cold.
