Downey Dog Yoga and Optavia Health Coaches present Free Glow Yoga for Kids & Adults on Saturday, September 14, 2019.
Join us for free Glow Yoga for all ages taught by a certified yoga instructor! Get glowing and flowing with Glow Yoga, a special black light yoga flow session. Wear white or light colors to get the full effect of the black light.
Glow items will be provided and learn about healthy habits including bedtime routines and healthy snacks.
This will be a 60 minute yoga class appropriate for all levels.

While admission is free, Downey Dog Yoga will be collecting donated non-perishable items for Bobcat Backpacks and donations are optional. Items needed include: chunky soup, veggies, fruit, beans, ravioli, peanut butter, granola bars. boxed mac & cheese, microwave popcorn and oatmeal packets.
