Blacksburg Comedy Club presents headliner Krish Mohan on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Top of the Stairs.

Enjoy headliner Krish Mohan along with a local comic showcase featuring Nick Guacheta, Nick Edwards and the first performance from newcomer Austin Dangerfield. 2019 Roast Battle Champion Robbie Hockett will serve as host.

Krish Mohan is a socially conscious Indian standup comedian and writer who regularly performs at small theaters, DIY venues, bars, comedy clubs, and colleges across the country. He focuses on idea based stand-up tackling race, religion, immigration, relationships, political and social issues.

With his quirky attitude, charming personality, and intelligent humor, Krish captivates and engages audiences of all backgrounds. Mohan has opened for nationally touring headliners (Stewart Huff, Lee Camp, Cameron Esposito, Henry Phillips, Dave Coulier, Dom Irerra) and has had a highly rated and hit shows at the IndyFringe (2015, 2017) Pittsburgh Fringe (2017), the Philadelphia Fringe Arts Festival (2017) and the Capital Fringe (2016). He has been featured on NPR and in the Arch City Comedy Festival.

Krish is also the host, writer and creator of “Fork Full of Noodles”, a weekly satire web series that focuses on socio-political issues. Krish also hosts his own podcast called “Taboo Table Talk” where talks to guests about socio-political issues that should be talked about at the dinner table.

Nick Guacheta is a stand up comic based out of Roanoke, Virginia. Nick performs all around Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina.
